When it comes to scrapping an unwanted vehicle, Benfleet Scrap Co makes the whole process simple and hassle free. You can either bring it to one of our three Essex depots, but if it’s either unsafe or illegal for you to drive, we can come to you!

With four full-time drivers, scrap my car Grays specialist, Benfleet Scrap Co, can arrange a convenient time for us to collect your car. It only takes a matter of minutes for us to load your car onto our recovery vehicle. Don’t stress if you can’t take time off work as the registered keeper does not need to be present. However, we do require someone to be there, such as a trusted friend, relative or neighbour.

We will need:

The scrap vehicle’s V5C (logbook) and/or keys
Another form of membership if you only have one of the above, such as a recent SORN document or tax reminder
Personal identification – ideally a photo driving license or your/your representative’s passport and recent utility bill featuring your address

Please be aware that if you don’t have your logbook or keys, we are unable to scrap your vehicle.
